1. LEGAL ENTITY & AFFILIATION

This website is operated by CRE Consult, Inc. (“the Company”). Randolph Taylor is a licensed real estate professional and an independent contractor affiliated with eXp Commercial. For all data privacy and processing purposes, CRE Consult, Inc. is the legal Data Controller. This separation ensures that your data is managed strictly by our S-Corp for brokerage and marketing purposes.

2. MULTI-CHANNEL CONSENT (SMS, EMAIL, & VOICE)

By submitting your information via our web forms, you provide express consent for the following:

  • Email Marketing: You agree to receive commercial emails, market reports, and property listings. All marketing emails include a clear “Unsubscribe” link in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act.

  • SMS/Text Messaging: You provide express written consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from CRE Consult, Inc.

    • Consent is not a condition of purchase.

    • Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt-out, HELP for help.

  • Voice/Telephone: You consent to be contacted by phone regarding your inquiries, even if your number is on a State or Federal Do Not Call (DNC) registry.

3. MANDATORY SMS DATA PROTECTION

Mobile information and SMS opt-in data will NOT be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We only share non-SMS data with our brokerage (eXp Commercial) for compliance or with secure service providers (like our CRM) solely to facilitate our services.

4. DATA SECURITY & RETENTION

We implement industry-standard encryption (SSL) and secure server protocols. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Real estate records are retained for a minimum of 7 years in accordance with state licensing laws.
